Our client in Wimbledon commissioned a full-scale home refurbishment to modernise a classic property while preserving its traditional charm. As part of the project, we executed a strategic redesign to enlarge the living room into the rear garden, creating a spacious, open-plan living area. Our team created a new kitchen, new bathrooms, designed and built a new oak staircase to fit the character of the home. We provided all new bespoke carpentry and joinery, resulting in a beautifully designed and highly functional space.
This project presented a unique challenge: maintaining the existing structure of the upper floors while retrofitting the property with a new wet underfloor heating system and a complete rewire. We successfully navigated these complex tasks without disruption, ensuring the home’s integrity was preserved while modernising its functionality.
